Chicken Cutlets (your choice), amount according to your family size
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup Ketchup (we use the that is High-Fructone Corn Syrup FREE)
1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Sugar (Brown Works Good)
1 Big Onion, Chopped
Garlic to Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
1 Teaspoon paprika
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Mix sauce together, add chicken pieces and marinade in fridge for 24 – 36 hours.
Boil sauce and serve over rice, potatoes or grits.
