A few tickets are still available for the Foodshed Alliance’s annual Farm-to-Fork dinner and wine tasting at Alba Vineyard on Sunday, August 26, 2018, at 4 p.m.  A cocktail hour and EIGHT-course wine-pairing dinner will be presented by NINE of Northern New Jersey’s most reputable chefs, featuring locally produced food from farms throughout New Jersey.  Expert winemakers are hand-selecting each course’s pairing which will begin with gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres al fresco and a VIP vineyard tour and conclude with elegant dining outside under the big tent overlooking the stunning grounds. Musical entertainment by Maribyrd.
