Ticketing is now closed for Farm-to-Fork Dinner at Alba Vineyard

The Foodshed Alliance will host its annual Farm-to-Fork dinner and wine tasting at Alba Vineyard on Sunday, August 25, 2019, at 4 p.m.  A cocktail hour and eight-course wine-pairing dinner will be presented by northern New Jersey’s most reputable chefs, featuring locally produced food from farms throughout New Jersey.  Alba’s expert winemakers are hand-selecting each course’s pairing. The evening includes gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres al fresco, VIP vineyard tour, and elegant dining outside under the big tent overlooking the stunning grounds. Lee Larson will performing live.

The chefs’ line-up includes Michael Carrino of Montclair, Jesse Jones, private chef and caterer of Chef Jesse Concepts; George Mandakas of Aramark at Fordham University-Lincoln Center; Kevin Knevals and Chris DiGiandomenico of Osteria Morini in Bernardsville; Andre deWaal of Andre’s Lakeside Dining in Sparta; Stefan Sabo of Grain & Cane in Berkeley Heights; Brandon Grimila of Fauchere Hospitality in Milford, PA; John Sauchelli of Fiddler’s Elbow in Bedminster; and Jake Hunt of Windy Brow Farms in Newton. 

Our host, Alba Vineyard, has built a reputation for combining traditional wine-making standards with minimal environmental impact to create a superior venue and distinctive product.

This event benefits Foodshed Alliance, a grassroots organization that works to strengthen sustainable farming, increase access to local, healthy food, and protect the environment.
