Foodshed Alliance Strategic Plan 2025-2030
The Foodshed Alliance has grown significantly in recent years, and with that growth came complex questions: How do we ensure our programs align with our mission? Are we doing too much? What are we uniquely positioned to do—and do well—for the long haul?
Given the dynamics of 2025 –federal funding uncertainty, leadership calibration and grain opportunities–this strategic plan will be our North Star, guiding us in moving forward as we stick to our mission, values, goals, objectives and priorities. It’s times like these that make strategic plans so critical to an organization.
