Overview

with Dr. Danielle Eisemen, Cornell University.  This session explored marketing opportunities and techniques for small farmers. The prevalence and low cost associated with using social media provides a useful tool for small farms to promote their products. However, creating engaging content on social media can be challenging. This session provides guidance on how to engage with local consumers through social media effectively, building off recent evidence from a study that shows dimensions of warmth and competence can be useful frames for engaging consumers.
